At Isla María we want our customers to receive the best service during their purchase so that they always want to return with us. That is why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you will find a list of our policies. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments Peru
* Free shipping for purchases over S / 549 otherwise:
Lima: shipments within Lima we have the following modalities:
Express : S / 15 -Delay between 1 to 2 business days
Standard: S / 13- Delay between 3 to 5 business days
Economic: S / 11- Delay between 6 to 9 business days
Delivery range in Lima: between 2 pm to 7 pm.
Pick up in store:
Available after 24 hours
Instructions to remove:
You can only collect your order after receiving a notification from Isla María.
The pick up place is Av Grau 255 Miraflores from Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm. It is essential to show ID or a copy of it.
Provinces: E nvíos within any city of Peru has a term of 5 to 7 working days and an additional cost of 17 soles.
In both cases, it should be noted that there may be delays caused by external factors.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All you need to know

Changes are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date. The garments must be in optimal condition, have the labels on and the hygienic protector in place, in addition to presenting the original purchase receipt.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

No money refunds are made

The change of products purchased in our Outlet and / or with a final price tag does not proceed.
